Welcome to my tutorial videos, where we delve into the intricacies of crafting instructional content that simplifies complex processes. In this particular project, my client entrusted me with the task of creating instructional videos for their mobile application, focusing on the vital skill of “How to create an estimate.”

To kickstart the project, I have received a screen recording featuring a team member navigating through the app to generate an estimate. Armed with this footage, I have harnessed the power of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to transform it into a professional instructional video. My primary goal was to ensure user-friendliness, catering to individuals unfamiliar with the application, and guiding them seamlessly through the estimation process.

The video creating journey began with meticulous adjustments to the received recording. I crafted a visually engaging backdrop by inserting a mobile phone mockup with an alpha channel on its screen. Beneath it, the original video took its place. Complementing this, I have strategically placed circles and other pointers throughout the video, directing attention to specific buttons and actions.

Time manipulation played a pivotal role in avoiding monotony. Through extensive timeline adjustments, I fine-tuned the pacing, adding and removing time as needed. The result was a dynamic instructional video that maintained viewer engagement from start to finish.

To ensure clarity in communication, I transformed text-based dialogues into audible content using a text-to-speech generator. This step added a personal touch to the tutorial, enhancing the overall learning experience.

With every element in place, I seamlessly rendered the video using Adobe Media Encoder, optimizing file size without compromising on quality. The English version was a success, but the journey didn’t end there.

Responding to a client request, I have undertook the challenge of creating a Spanish version to cater to the app’s diverse user base. Following the same meticulous process, I have replicated the success of the English tutorial, ensuring that Spanish-speaking users could also navigate the estimation process effortlessly.

In essence, these tutorial videos are a testament to my commitment to creating engaging, user-friendly content that transcends language barriers, making complex tasks simple and accessible for all.
